Tax Exempt customers information.

I have checked a customer record as Tax Exempt. Why is there still taxes showing up on work orders for this customer? Is there more than 1 place I should be note their tax exempt status? This is an urgent matter and the FBO support is closed. Can anyone help me?

There are two possibilities you can overcome this error:

  1. Since the software is Limited, you can contact Customer Support and they will give you additional details about the procedure.

  2. Use the QuickStart guide on the official website to get to know the software.
