Some attachments won't open to be viewed in Polaris. It says "unsupported files". How do I open them?
Polaris supports only the following file formats: doc/docx, xls/xlsx, ppt/pptx, txt, pdf, and hwp. If your attachment has different file format, you will receive the same message.
