When I use JOTA+ on Samsung S3, and then view the file through Dropbox on a Windows laptop, the CRLFs are gone. Why? Is there any documentation on this product anywhere? When you save a file what are the two boxes that say "keep original" for?

To keep original means to actually keep a backup of the original file before editing so even if you have edited the contents of the file, the original file remains in its place. The official website is in Chinese. In this case, support is practically nonexistent. Try reinstalling the application. This way you could fix the error.
