To get rid of that error, you can try going to Settings > Applications > Manage applications (depending of your Android version) > the All tab and search for "Google Play Store" and "Google Service Framework". You should tap one at a time on those and select Clear data and Cache on both. Now try again to download the application from Google Play. Also, you can try to download the application from another Google Account.
