In order to factory reset your device, hold simultaneously the volume up and power button until you will see a menu with three options. After that, select the second one using the volume keys and press the power button to activate it. Next, using again the volume keys, select the Reset option and follow the on-screen instructions. After the process is completed, restart your Toshiba device.
