You need to download the driver corresponding to your MAC OSX version. If you upgraded the OS, you also need to upgrade the software and its drivers. This is the case with MAC operating system. You can use Epson Support to upgrade the software and the device. Visit the website, and input the model number of your device then click on the corresponding version of MAC installed on your computer.
