The application requires to select a profile and install the necessary drivers to make it work. According to online instructions, you will need to install the drivers. The drivers are embedded into the 3Connect Setup Assistant package which makes it easier to install them. During the package installation, you will be asked to select the Profile of the carrier. Choose the profile, finish the installation and then you will be able to connect.
