Need help in creating a grid.

I am stuck in creating the game board (the grid) for my puzzle. I am trying to create a game similar to this for Android device. Can anyone help me out to create the grid?

If you want to use the grids from the game using the export function, you need to contact the developer first for its permission. It's illegal to use the grids without permission due to DMCA law. In order to obtain free grids for your game, you can use Google to find other sources.
