Right-click on the recorded files and select Properties. Click the General tab and check the format type next to Type of file. After that, navigate to Software Informer database, type the file format in the search software field and add "player". Click the hand glass icon and download and install a provided application. Personally, I recommend you try VLC Media Player because it is a program that supports all major audio and video formats.
