When I try to open the program, it just shuts down. The message is "close and reopen". When I do that I get the same message. I have NEVER been able to open this program or run it. What can I do?

Check the services of Dell Tech Concierge and try restarting them. If it does not work, the software has to be re-installed. contact the Dell Tech Concierge support by calling them on their free number- 1-877-790-3355
