You might need to adjust the printing size before attempting to print. Additionally, check the level of the INK of the black cartridge. Since MRI images are mostly consisted with black color, the level should be somewhere above 50 %. In the Print window go to Print Preferences and make sure to select the correct paper, layout, margins, color mode, speed. It should work after this process.
