Information about the periods in the application.

I have just finished closing the year that starts Oct 1/2011 and ends Sep 30/2012 and I went to start a new year instead of putting starts Oct 1/2012 and finishes Sep 30/2013, I start at Oct 1/2013 and finishes Sep 30/2014, and I do not know how to correct it. Please your help will be much appreciated.

This is actually an option that needs to be changed. It's possible that the Fiscal Year is different and because of that, it end in October. However, to change year, go to Home Windows > Setup menu > Settings. On the left click Company > Information. Type in the date of the last day of your fiscal year in the Fiscal End and click OK>
