After updating to Internet Explorer 10, when I click "See It" the EPAK web site goes into a wait state and never comes back. I have some users that are still on Internet Explorer 9 and it works fine, but all the Internet Explorer 10 users have the problem. Got any ideas?
This means the website is not optimized for Internet Explorer. You should be careful when updating to another Internet Explorer version especially when you're working with web apps. To be able to use the website and application, downgrade to version 9 and wait for the developers to adjust the website to be Internet Explorer 10 compatible. Simply go to Programs and Features and uninstall Internet Explorer 10 then install version 9.
