Does Crystal Reports come packaged with Softip HRp5 software for report generation?

No. Crystal Report program is distributed standalone, without any other applications. Also, the Softip HRp5 is a standalone application, that has its website for sale. Because of this reason, you won't be able to download it anymore and use it with Crystal Reports.
