The printer is printing in Black and White. How to print in Color?

I'm using HP Color Laserjet CP1515n, all four toner cartridges are new and giving excellent colors at printout test after installation. The problem is that I cannot print anything Color even if I'm using Microsoft Word or PDF or anything else. What can be the problem?

You should check if your printer is not set to default to print black & white. For this, go to Start > Device and Printers, double click on your printer and a new window should pop up. Next go to Printer > Printing preferences > Paper\Quality and select Color.
