Can't prepare points in CAD as it does nothing.

I have downloaded the Trimble Poind Creator trial. I use Turbocad v19 and when I click Prepare points in CAD it does nothing. I have uninstalled/re-installed, command tried F8 I even installed AutoCAD LT 2013. I really like the concept, but don't want to buy if it doesn't work. Any info would be helpful.

There is already a troubleshooting guide posted on the official website of the developer. Access the website and then follow the instructions posted on the website. After this process, everything should work normally. If you still have issues, access the Support page and address this issue to the developers of the application if nothing works.
