The software appears to be discontinued which means it's impossible to provide support. There is no manual available or a troubleshooting guide to obtain information about this procedure. If you still have the software installed on your computer, then you can go to Help > Help Topics to read more about it. In the help database, there should be explanations of all the operations related to the emails that arrive. Unfortunately, this is the only possible way at the moment.
