For the past few weeks whenever I try to play a song to pre-listen it before I download, the song stops and starts the whole way through. What do I do?

This happens because of the webserver where the file was stored. It does not allow you to perform scrolling through the track. You can't do anything to prevent this since it's a server-side problem.
