I have a problem while scanning documents.

I have been scanning documents for over an hour with no problems. I am now receiving an error message "An unknown error occurred" after I scan the document and click on the folder icon and click OK. I haven't changed any settings, so I don't know what has happened. I tried turning off the scanner and back on again with no results and I restarted my computer and keep getting the same error message. Please let me know what to do to correct the problem.

Try closing the application then open it again. Alternatively, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it.
