Every time I run SICAM230 Runtime, the AK driver does not appear. The AK driver icon should appear together with the Runtime unless we 'Hide the Drivers'. What can I do?
The driver is not running either because it is not packaged with your software or it is corrupted. In order to fix the issue, you need to contact Siemens and request a new installation package for the driver.
