After I reinstalled my OS (XP) I receive a windows installer message asking for a CD "VERITAS RecordNow DX Update Manager". I think that it needs the "Sguard.msi" and I don't know what to do. Can you give me a solution? Thanks and regards.
I have also run into this same problem. It appears that the last MSI run will be the one that Active Paper launches. It does not happen in administrator login. Any new information? I suspect a faulty dll
