Hallmark Cards Studio 2013 Deluxe startup error

The installer placed the icon on my desktop. I double clicked the icon and got the message "Go to .NET Framework Version 2013 v4.0.30319 or look up the application for instructions about obtaining appropriate version of the .NET Framework"

Tried for hours. Nothing! I have never had this before with any other Card Deluxe Studio I've used. What happened now? It'd better be simple because I am novice in this stuff!

Try to install NET Framework 4.0 from the Microsoft website then start the application again. The error comes because you don't have NET Framework installed in your computer.
