My Netbook Aspire one D255 came with this program, however, it was formatted by third parties. What to do to retrieve the contents of the files locked by the application?

There is no way to access the protected files if the application was removed. MyWinLocker stores different UID for files and if you install the application again, it will assign another UID for files making them unrecognizable.
