How can I change the default options?

What can I do so my printer will be set on portrait or landscape by default? I'd also like to change the paper size.

You can set up your device to print landscape or portrait by default by going to Start > Control Panel > Devices and Printers > double click on your printer, go to Printer > Properties > on General tab select Preferences and make the desired changes. To change the paper size click Advanced on the same window.
