InstaCal can't find connected cards.

I have two cards (USB-3102 and miniLAB 1008) connected about a USB-Hub with a Win7 PC. The drivers are installed (I checked it in the Windows Device Manager). With other PC's I don't have this problems. I have also many times reinstalled the software, but the issue persists.
What else can I do?

For this matter, I suggest you download the user manual for every card and follow the steps provided there. For the miniLAB 1008 card, you can find the User Manual by visiting the following link:
