Unable to login Internet client

I am unable to log in to my Internet client after installing Kaspersky Internet Security-2013. I have to disable Kaspersky, then log in and then enable Kaspersky again. What is the solution?

If only re-installing Kaspersky will help, can I reinstall using my already used key?

Please use the built-in Firewall option found on the Settings page and add the program you want to use.

Click on Firewall (on the left) > Settings > Application Rules > Edit > Add > Select the Program > Allow > OK. Next time you open the application it will allow communicating with the Internet.

If you want visual indications, please use Kaspersky Support.
