How do I create an "Output Folder" for OmniFormat? Or, if the Output Folder is created when Omniformat software is installed, where/how do I find it?

You need to choose an Output folder for yourself. The Output Folder is set up when you start the program. To be noticed that the program has the capability to work with multiple Watch Folders and for each of them, you can choose a different Output Folder. To learn how to do this, check the readme.html file from the folder where the program is installed.
