Error message: "Unable to connect to the system database".

A user gets this error message when another user has the FAS 100 client open.
Meaning there is only one available client instead of 3 clients. How do we free up the other two clients?

Usually, logging out a user is done by closing the application. Even if the connections will be in stand by, the software and database will see them as closed out. My advice is to log out everyone from the system then reboot the computer and if you have the access the database software and then log in again. It should work this way.
