Is a physical purchase available?

I would like to know whether it is possible to get a CD when this program is purchased because the last time I purchased an older version, the key was e-mailed to me? Then my PC went bad and I lost everything on it and could not use the key again. When I e-mailed asking whether anything could be done, I was told they don't remember me purchasing. So I want to know if I purchase this program whether I would be sent a CD along with the e-mailed key?

Yes, you can add a backup CD to your order which contains the application and its registration data. Go to the homepage of the application and click Buy Now, then proceed further to order the item. On the last step, before paying for the application, add Backup CD/DVD as another option. You will be emailed and sent physically a DVD at the same time.
