PcHugBug Deluxe activation error.

I had to reinstall my pcHugBug Deluxe and now it is asking me for my e-mail address and password to activate. I put them in and it doesn't do anything. I don't remember this happening before and I am very upset about this. Please, please help me and let me know what I can do.

You cannot activate it because it's using an online server and the server is offline because the official website is discontinued along with its services and servers.
