When paper is loaded into feed (4-25) the paper is not taken up by the grabbers. Are any other problems raised on this?

When paper is loaded into feed (4-25) the paper is not taken up by the grabbers. Are any other problems raised on this?

You should print a test page. You can use the application to print a test page and observe the behavior. Alternatively, re-install and install the drivers and its associated software again using the support CD. Also, check the cables connecting the printer to PC.
