I can't connect the Access card system

When I try to open the Access card system, I am getting an error "Communication key not found. Please check it or restart computer". I checked the USB cable and restarted my PC but I keep getting the same error.

If this problem persists, try to reinstall the software. You can download the latest version from the official download page. Also you can read the following user-manual for more information about the software.
