Why are my contacts in the wrong order even though the settings are correct?

This is a rare issue because there are no users who encountered it which means the simplest fix is to attempt a reinstallation, then configure the software again. There is no known fix for this problem. Alternatively, contact the developer using the official contact form available on the website.
