When capturing video from a DV device the sound residing in the video is not included in Video Expressions, i.e. there is no soundtrack recorded in the clip captured. Please help!
Since there is no information about this error, you can open a ticket on the technical support section of the website. On the other hand, re-install the software and make sure the sound options are configured properly in the Options/Settings menu.
