Is there a way to save levels when you run out of time and must start all over again from the beginning in all versions?

You can save the game at any time by pressing the Save game button from the menu bar on the right. However, when you load the game, you will have the same amount of time that you had when you saved the game. There is no way to load a saved game and have the timer reseted.
