Can I download another country's TailsRunner, even if I'm in the US?

I used to play the Taiwan TalesRunner when I was there on a vacation, It was so fun I loved it. Then I played the US one but it had shut down. If I'm in America is it possible for me to download another country's version? And if you do know, which is the easiest to download and make an account for? Please answer me as soon as possible. It will mean so much to me and I love your page.

You can download any version of TalesRunner but the problem is that you will encounter lag issues because of the distance from you to the servers. Many developers choose to separate their game based on the location where they're installed (America, Europe, and Asia).
