When I am reconciling the bank account, the check number does not populate. There is a place on the screen showing the number, but the information is blank. This makes it very difficult to reconcile if you have the same payee. How can we get the number field to populate? The check number shows correctly in the transaction log.

If you have the software installed, then I recommend checking the built-in help section for the application. I have tried to find documents or troubleshooting guides for the application, but none was available.
