First, check if your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run Spider-Man (TM) - Friend or Foe:

• OS: Windows XP or Vista;
• Processor: Pentium 4 with 1.6 GHz;
• RAM: 1 GB;
• Video Card: 128 MB (GeForce 5200 or better);
• HDD: 5GB;
• DirectX 9.0.

If all the requirements are fulfilled, update your video card drivers, install the latest version of DirectX and run the game using Administrator rights. If it doesn't help, reinstall Spider-Man (TM) - Friend or Foe.
