I can't open 5D QuiltDesign System.

I registered my 5D QuiltDesign System program and I activated the dongle. However, I can't open the program. I get a message saying that my dongle is not activated, but it is. What should I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you uninstall the program and then install it again. Also, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Connect the dongle in the USB port and press Scan for hardware changes icon. Wait Windows to recognize the device and try to open the software. If it doesn't work, you need to contact the VSM Software, the application developer.
