I am creating text in Photoshop with different designs such as fire or ice from the text and saving them as PSD's as well as PNG. I would like to know how if possible to place that text on a new label inside Memorex? I have V.4.3.0206. I have saved it as a PSD and then in Memorex I go to insert picture and go to the PSD on the desktop and I can insert it, but the problem is I use Tiled Backgrounds Brick 019 and when I bring the text in the white of the document that the PSD text is on when created in Photoshop covers the A portion of the Brick Background depending on the size and if I size it to. Is there a way to accomplish this background in Photoshop as a PSD or PNG then when I insert picture in Memorex?

I wouldn't recommend saving as PSD to import it. In the Save for Web window, choose PNG 24bit to enable transparency and then add it to your labels. Secondly, make sure you are adding the picture above all the layers or else you'll encounter problems with alignment and background.
