Connect the iPhone to PC and access iTunes. Click on the Info tab then use Sync Contacts with and choose Windows. Go to Start > Run and type Wab. From the arrow next to Share With use EXPORT and select the output type (csv or vcf) and your contacts will be exported into one file you can use for whatever you want.
