SigmaTel STC9200X5 driver on a Dell desktop with service tag: BASHQB1 and express service code: 24052928365.

I have installed this driver on my Windows XP that has a SigmaTel STC9200x5 audio but it still doesn't work. Any other suggestions? There is an exclamation marks in SigmaTel High Defintion audio codec in Device Manager. I downloaded the driver R90698 but I don't know why the installation stops. I can't listen to any voice from my lab.

There must be something wrong with the driver package because your computer uses
SIGMATEL STAC 92XX as the audio driver. Try downloading it again and make sure that the component is enabled in Device Manager.
