File name longer than 12 characters issue.

I have been using FileViewer v 1.3.2.11 to view my digital photos taken with my Canon 300D SLR. I love the program, however, the 'only' criticism I have is that, when giving the photo a filename, you are restricted to 12 characters. I am hoping that there is a later version which has addressed this annoying problem.

1.3.2 is the latest version of the product, the same as the one you have. The problem is that there is no other version of this utility released by Canon. Try saving the files with maximum number of characters then use Windows Explorer or any other file manager to change the file name's maximum to 255 characters.
