I can't find HPlayer.

My Chinese dictionary has this player. However, it never plays any of file formats I upload to this device. I receive an error messages saying that the file might be bigger than 320x240, and it recommends HPlayer to convert the file. Where is this software?

The HPlayer software should come packaged with your Chinese dictionary and it should be installed on your computer. Just go to Start, type HPlayer in the Search programs and files field, and check if the engine can find the application. If it can't find it, reinstall the entire package received with your Chinese dictionary. If it doesn't contain the HPlayer software, use helenhai@hwapu22.com email address and request a link to download the program.
