Can't open X-ray Tube.

We used Strato 2000 for a long time, but today we have a problem opening X-ray Tube full screen. When we do double click it, nothing happens and it stays in small window. We never had this problem before. I checked properties and there is the option that X-ray Tube will be opened full screen, but it's not working. Can you please help me with this problem?

If you didn't experience this problem until now, it is possible that this is caused by an application that you recently installed that interfere in the Strato's functionality. To fix the problem, uninstall any recently installed application and try again. If the same behavior is encountered, contact the developer directly on the following mail address Support@ImageWorksCorporation.com for additional support.
