Why my Bluetooth does not connect with other devices? It tried to find the devices, but it does not detect any. My operating system is Windows 7.

If you want the Bluetooth to detect other devices, first you need to make sure the devices are in Discoverable mode. For example, on smartphones you need to activate this option to be able to connect with other devices through Bluetooth.
