Matrox TripleHead2Go monitor system is not working with the fourth monitor

I am running the Matrox TripleHead2Go monitor system and cannot make the Jayco GAuges work with the fourth monitor. When I connect the fourth monitor, the TripleHead2Go reverts back to the single screen. What can I do?

Unfortunately, as you can see on the official web page, Matrox TripleHead2Go monitor system can add only up to three monitors to your notebook or desktop computer. You can't use it to add the fourth monitor. I recommend contacting the support team for further information.
