I bought an antivirus in France, but I am in Ghana and when I put my activation key code, there was a message that said that it is used in a wrong country. What should I do now?

You need to reach Kaspersky Technical Support center and get in touch with the Customer Service. Based on your licence and purchase details, a new key will be offered to you and the existing one will be disabled.
