Unfortunately, the software doesn't have a password recover/reminder option and in order to unlock it, I suggest you try to uninstall and then install it again:
If you use Windows XP or below you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the Vizor DVR System and then click Remove.
If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the Vizor DVR System and click on Uninstall.
After that, run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys that may contain your account information and reinstall the program. If it doesn't help, you need to contact the developer.
