How do I access my account?

How do I access my account? I enter my user name & password correctly, but it will not open, as if my account does not exist. I search for myself as a contact - and I do exist in the system. Help me! This is the only way that I can actually tell you about my problem. On VoipStunt website I couldn't find the possibility to email you.

Firstly, check firewall so that the application can connect to the Internet and then log in on the website. If the application is working fine, the best solution is to install an updated version of the application. It happens sometimes that developers change their SIP servers in the application's settings and you'll need a new version for your software to be able to connect. If it does not work for you, try contacting the support team available.
